Design and technological center "Spektr-Elektro"

“Spektr-Elektro” in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic) and Novatek LLP (Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan) have entered into a partnership agreement to establish the “Spectr-Electro Design and Technology Center” consortium in the Kyrgyz Republic, the purpose of which is the joint research, design, and development, as well as the production of switchgear and distribution equipment (complete distribution units) for scientific and industrial facilities, electric transport networks, and solar energy facilities; the production of transformer substations and their control systems; as well as power converters for projects in the Central Asian republics (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan) and the Republic of Mongolia.
Since 2024, we have also been supplying our customers and partners in Central Asia with a wide range of spare parts for electrical equipment and electronic components.

Complete switchgears up to 35 kV.

ELTIMA series switchgears produced in partnership with Electronmash JSC (Russia) is a line of reliable 35 kV complete switchgear with air-insulated busbars, located in the upper or lower part of the switchgear, and a wide range of ratings up to 2500A and 31.5 kA, allowing the use of equipment for traditional and digital power facilities in all industries.

Main circuit current up to 2500A Thermal withstand current up to 31,5 kA top or bottom arrangement of the busbar system effective for switchgears with a high number of cable connections.

Complete transformer substations 6 (10) kV.

KTPP-ELM 6 (10) kV. KTPP-ELM - are complete transformer substations of different types in the voltage class 6 (10)/0.4 kV and rated power up to 6300 kVA, successfully exploited at large industrial enterprises and infrastructure facilities with high demands on the reliability of power supply.

Built-in monitoring and control systems.

Monitoring and control system (MCS) KTP-10, NKU-10 - it is an innovative solution that combines a set of functional capabilities for the organization of predictive maintenance of electrical equipment with providing operational services with complete and timely information about the technical condition of equipment in real time .

Electric drive control systems below 1000V (EDCS <1KV).

EDCS below 1000 V (<1KV) are reliable electric motor control systems up to 1000 V, with a wide range of ratings, designed for power distribution and control of various types of loads of continuous technological processes and engineering systems, rated up to 400 kW.

Resistive load for supplying products with output current up to 1500A (1,5KA).

Products manufactured jointly with LLC "Electro-SI" (Russia) - a company that develops and manufactures electrical equipment designed to simulate different modes of loading during the study of power sources, as well as carrying out various kinds of tests of distribution, converter technology to the requirements of the customer.
